Romance 15:13- May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Joy of the Lord
Paul asked that the God of hope fill these believers with all joy and peace in believing or as they trust in Him.In other words, Paul is not asking God to simply dump joy and peace into their hearts without cause. He is asking that as believers trust in God, their faith will bring joy and peace to their hearts.
We sometimes find ourselves plunging deep into hopelessness. This was a place I once found myself in. I was discouraged. I have been here before, but this time it’s different. I had prayed the same prayer for many years.Even though I longed for my prayers to be answered, but it was unanswered.
Take hold of the Hope God has instore for you
The Greek meaning of Hope is expectation of what is sure.
This meant that God was the God of what we can be sure of.He is not a God of false Hope and shallow words of encouragements. Whereas life, people and outcomes are all unpredictable. God can be trusted.He offers words of life.When we are in despair.
The human means of this abundant hope is to keep believing in God and His word.
It’s time to throw off hopelessness. It’s time to dream again. It’s time to overflow with hope and joy and peace as you trust in the God of hope.
Jesus life was and is a beautiful portrait of a God-centered, Kingdom of God and Holy Spirit powered life.

It’s available to those who give Him their heats and follow Him.
This Great Spiritual awakening started for the disciples when they followed Jesus.

I don’t just want to talk about Jesus life on earth. (I want it.)

Choosing to have a relationship like Jesus did with God, the Father (I want it)

I mean choosing a relationship like Jesus did with the Holy Spirit. (I want it)
Matthew3:16- Jesus was baptized with the Holy Spirit.

Matthew3:17- Jesus was lead with the Holy Spirit.

You and I know we go after the things we really want. If you want the hope that comes through knowing Jesus Christ, and you want to have this beautiful God-centered, Kingdom of God, and a Spirit filled life of hope, go after a relationship with Jesus like you really want it .

Heavenly Father, thank you that you are great and abundant in power, your understanding is beyond measure.Hear my prayer for a relationship with you Lord and restoration. Where there is hopelessness, please bring hope. Where there is hostility, please bring kindness.Where there is conflict, please bring gentleness. Where there is sin, please bring forgiveness. Lord bless me with your love that I may love others who hurt me.Bless me with peace that may bring calmness instead of confidence. May you Lord establish my heart as blameless in holiness before you. In Jesus name I pray Amen
